§ 13117

Statute text

(a)Any new detector or new automatic high pressure shutoff device sold by any person on or after January 1, 1987, in this state shall, prior to sale, be approved by the State Fire Marshal.

(b)For purposes of this section:

(1)“Liquefied petroleum gas” has the same meaning as that term is defined by Section 380 of the Vehicle Code.
