§ 127400.5

HSC § 127400.5 Effective Jan 1, 2025Div. 107 · Part 2 · Ch. 2.5 · Art. 1

For purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)“Charity care” means free care.

(b)“Discounted payment” or “discount payment” means any charge for care that is reduced but not free.
