View on leginfo.ca.govThe director shall establish the rate structure for reimbursement of physicians and supportive services. The rates shall not be less than the amounts paid for provider services under the Medi-Cal Act (Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 14000) of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Welfare and Institutions Code).
