View on leginfo.ca.govNotwithstanding the provisions of Section 1214, each application for a surgical clinic or a chronic dialysis clinic under this chapter for an initial license, renewal license, license upon change of ownership, or special permit shall be accompanied by a Licensing and Certification Program fee set in accordance with Section 1266.
