View on leginfo.ca.govNo cask, water cooler, or other receptacle shall be used for storing or supplying drinking water to the public or to employees unless it is covered and protected so as to prevent persons from dipping the water therefrom or contaminating the water. All the containers shall be provided with a faucet or other suitable device for drawing the water.
