View on leginfo.ca.govA city, county, city and county, or district shall not adopt or enforce a building ordinance or local rule or regulations relating to the subject of fire and life safety in alcohol or other drug recovery facilities that is more restrictive than those standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal.
