View on leginfo.ca.govViolation of any of the provisions of this article or of any order or orders of a health officer made pursuant to this article for the protection of human health and comfort shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200) for each offense or by imprisonment for not less than thirty (30) days or by both the fine and imprisonment.
