View on leginfo.ca.gov“Vector,” as used in Article 1 (commencing with Section 116110) of, and Article 2 (commencing with Section 116120) of Chapter 2, and Section 106925, means any animal capable of transmitting the causative agent of human disease or capable of producing human discomfort or injury, including, but not limited to, mosquitoes, flies, other insects, ticks, mites, and rats.
