View on leginfo.ca.govNotwithstanding Section 115255, authority for rail transportation routing and enforcement relating to low-level radioactive waste shall remain with the Public Utilities Commission pursuant to the Public Utilities Act (Part 1 (commencing with Section 201) of Division 1 of the Public Utilities Code) for low-level radioactive waste generated from, and shipped into, California.
