View on leginfo.ca.govThe Legislature finds and declares that the public health interest requires that the people of this state be protected from excessive and improper exposure to ionizing radiation. It is the purpose of this chapter to establish standards of education, training, and experience for persons who use X-rays on human beings and to prescribe means for assuring that these standards are met.
