View on leginfo.ca.govAny person, firm, corporation, or agent violating any of the provisions of this article with the exception of Article 4 (commencing with Section 113310), or any rule or regulation issued pursuant to this article, shall upon conviction be punished for the first offense by a fine not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or by both.
