View on leginfo.ca.govThe department, after notice and hearing, may revoke the license issued for any frozen food locker plant for failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter. The proceedings under this section shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, and the department shall have all the powers granted therein.
