View on leginfo.ca.govIn addition to injunctive relief, the court may impose as a civil penalty, damages up to a maximum amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each day the violation is continued. Damages shall be paid one-half to the State Treasury, and one-half to the county where the action is brought.
