View on leginfo.ca.govAny drug subject to Section 111470 is misbranded unless the manufacturer, packer, or distributor of the drug includes, in all advertisements and other descriptive matter issued or caused to be issued by the manufacturer, packer, or distributor with respect to that drug, a true statement of all of the following:
(a)The established name, printed prominently and in a type at least half as large as that used for any proprietary name of the drug.
(b)The formula showing quantitatively each ingredient of the drug to the extent required for labels under Section 111355.
