View on leginfo.ca.govIt is unlawful and constitutes misbranding for any person to advertise, offer for sale, sell, or serve as hamburger or imitation hamburger in any restaurant any product that does not come within the definitions of those terms contained in Section 111200. It is unlawful and constitutes misbranding for any person to violate any provision of this article or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto.
