View on leginfo.ca.govAny food is misbranded if it purports to be, or is represented, for special dietary uses as prescribed by regulation under Section 110095 and its label does not bear information concerning any vitamin or mineral content, or other dietary property as the department prescribes, by regulation, as necessary to fully inform purchasers as to the food’s value for that use.
