View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)The State Registrar shall transmit a certified copy of a birth certificate newly established under this article to the registrant without additional charge.
(b)The county clerk shall transmit a copy of a confidential marriage certificate newly established under this article to the registrant without additional charge.
