§ 678.15

HNC § 678.15 Effective Jan 1, 2015Div. 3 · Ch. 5 · Art. 1.4

(a)A violation of this article is an infraction.

(b)A person convicted of an infraction for a violation of this article shall be punished as follows:

(1)For an initial conviction, by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100).
