View on leginfo.ca.govWhen any improvement or development work done under the authority of the board is completed, the maintenance, management, and control of the work done, and of the harbor as so improved, shall pass to and be vested in the board. The board may employ and pay all necessary agents, servants, and employees to manage, maintain, and control the harbor.
