§ 93004

GOV § 93004 Effective Jan 1, 2026Title 12 · Ch. 1

For purposes of this title, the following definitions apply:

(a)“Agency” means the Great Redwood Trail Agency.

(b)“Board” or “board of directors” means the board of directors of the agency appointed pursuant to Section 93011.
