View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)The administrator shall enter into discussions on behalf of the state with the States of Alaska, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington, for the purpose of developing interstate agreements regarding oil spill prevention and response. The agreements shall address, including, but not limited to, all of the following:
(1)Coordination of vessel safety and traffic.
(2)Spill prevention equipment and response required on vessels and at facilities.
