§ 74146

GOV § 74146 Effective Jan 1, 2024Title 8 · Ch. 10 · Art. 20

Statute text

(a)This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2074, and as of that date is repealed.

(b)The repeal of this article does not affect any right or benefit to which a person was entitled on the date of repeal.
