GOV § 68092 Effective Jan 1, 2011Title 8 · Ch. 1

Court interpreters’ and translators’ fees or other compensation shall be paid:

(a)In criminal cases, by the court.

(b)In civil cases, by the litigants, in proportions as the court may direct, to be taxed and collected as other costs.
