View on leginfo.ca.govThe board shall have the power to administer funds in the California Secure Choice Retirement Savings Trust pursuant to a contract with the California Secure Choice Retirement Savings Investment Board as provided in Title 21 (commencing with Section 100000) and to help all California workers to plan and save for retirement.
