View on leginfo.ca.govThe Department of Economic Opportunity may enter into an agreement with the California Energy Extension Service to provide technical assistance and outreach programs to low-income individuals and the Department of Economic Opportunity energy agencies which shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following:
(a)Energy education programs for recipients of low-income energy assistance.
(b)Energy education to senior citizens, disabled individuals, Native Americans, seasonal migrant workers, and rural communities.
