View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)The California State Sheriffs Search and Rescue Coordinators, or any successor entity, may plan and construct a memorial in the Capitol Historic Region, in consultation with the department, to honor California search-and-rescue volunteers who have died in the line of duty.
(b)The Search and Rescue Memorial Review Committee is hereby established and shall include as members all of the following:
(1)The Director of the Department of General Services, or his or her designee.
