§ 10293

GOV § 10293 Effective Jan 1, 2013Div. 2 · Title 2 · Part 2 · Ch. 1 · Art. 4

(a)If an official publisher publishes legal material only in an electronic record, the publisher shall do all of the following:

(1)Designate the electronic record as official.

(2)Comply with Sections 10294, 10296, and 10297.
