§ 4944

FIN § 4944 Effective Jan 1, 1997Div. 1.6 · Ch. 5 · Art. 2

A converting depository corporation shall file the following with the commissioner:

(a)The plan of conversion.

(b)An officer’s certificate certifying that the plan of conversion has been approved as required by federal law.
