View on leginfo.ca.gov“Conventional energy fuel” means any fuel derived from petroleum deposits, including but not limited to oil, heating oil, gasoline, fuel oil, or natural gas, including liquified natural gas, or nuclear fissionable materials. “Conventional energy fuel” includes energy produced by the use of such fuels.
