§ 22375

Statute text

A licensee that utilizes the service of a finder shall do all of the following:

(a)Notify the commissioner within 15 days of entering into a contract with a finder, on a form acceptable to the commissioner, regarding all of the following:

(1)The name, business address, and licensing details of the finder and all locations at which the finder will perform services under this article.
