FIN § 22365 Effective Jan 1, 2023Div. 9 · Ch. 2 · Art. 3.6

(a)The Pilot Program for Increased Access to Responsible Small Dollar Loans is hereby established.

(b)For purposes of this article:

(1)“Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Financial Protection and Innovation.
