§ 22100.5

FIN § 22100.5 Effective Oct 4, 2017Div. 9 · Ch. 1 · Art. 3

(a)A person shall not engage in the business of a program administrator without obtaining a license from the commissioner.

(b)This section shall become operative on January 1, 2019.
