FIN § 22068 Effective Oct 4, 2017Div. 9 · Ch. 1 · Art. 2

(a)The exemptions and exclusions in this article are not applicable to a person engaged in business as a program administrator or a PACE solicitor.

(b)This section shall become operative on January 1, 2019.
