§ 1542

Statute text

In addition to other provisions of this division that are otherwise applicable to an industrial bank, the following provisions of this division apply to the industrial bank as if it were a California state commercial bank:

(a)Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 1070).

(b)Chapter 4.5 (commencing with Section 1090).
