§ 2950

FGC § 2950 Effective Sep 6, 2022Div. 3 · Ch. 13 · Art. 3

For purposes of this article, the following definitions apply:

(a)“Agency” means the Natural Resources Agency.

(b)“Disadvantaged community” has the same meaning as defined in Section 80002 of the Public Resources Code.
