§ 2602

FGC § 2602Div. 3 · Ch. 7 · Art. 1

As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)“Acquisition” means the acquisition of any interest in real property.

(b)“Coastal zone” means the coastal zone as defined and mapped pursuant to Section 30103 of the Public Resources Code.
