§ 6652

Statute text

All vloggers whose content features a minor engaged in the work of vlogging, as described in subdivision (a) of Section 6651, shall maintain, and make available to the minor upon request, all of the following records:

(a)Documentary proof of the minor’s age when they started vlogging, as described in subdivision (a) of Section 6651.

(b)The number of vlogs that generated compensation, as described in Section 6651 during each reporting period.
