View on leginfo.ca.gov“Olive, stone, and pome fruit acreage” means any parcel, tract, or lot of land with 10 or more olive, stone, or pome fruit trees of any age growing on it with a commercial value of at least two hundred fifty dollars ($250), except a parcel, tract, or lot that is used as a nursery.
