§ 38184

FAC § 38184 Effective Aug 21, 1997Div. 15 · Part 3 · Ch. 5 · Art. 2

Every container in which skim milk, nonfat milk, or fat-free milk is sold shall be plainly and conspicuously labeled with all of the following:

(a)The words “skim milk,” “nonfat milk,” or “fat-free milk.”

(b)The word “raw” or “pasteurized,” as the case may be.
