View on leginfo.ca.govPasteurized cream that is sold or used for ice cream, frozen dairy dessert, frozen dessert, or sherbet manufacture shall be clean, sweet, and free from undesirable flavors and odors. It shall contain not more than 75,000 bacteria per milliliter, official plate count.
