View on leginfo.ca.gov“Meat processing establishment” means a licensed establishment required to be inspected pursuant to Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 18650) where livestock or poultry products are prepared by curing, drying, smoking, or rendering and the products are sold on the premises to household consumers, and a licensed establishment where fallow deer products may be prepared for transportation or sale, or transportation and sale.
