View on leginfo.ca.govIf the owner or any person that is in charge of cattle, after 10 days’ written notice, refuses properly to confine in corrals or stanchions any cattle that are subject to examination, tuberculosis testing, identification, or slaughter, the department shall be entitled to reimbursement from the owner for necessary costs incurred to properly examine, tuberculosis test, identify, or slaughter the cattle.
