§ 337

ELEC § 337 Effective Jan 1, 2012Div. 0.5 · Ch. 4

“Partisan office” or “party-nominated office” means any of the following offices:

(a)President of the United States, Vice President of the United States, and the delegates therefor.

(b)Elected member of a party committee.
