§ 21587

ELEC § 21587 Effective Jan 1, 2024Div. 21 · Ch. 6.9

Statute text

If a commission member resigns or is removed pursuant to Section 21586, the chair of the commission shall select one alternate commissioner to fill the vacancy as a voting member. The alternate member who is appointed to fill the vacancy shall have the same political party preference as the commission member who vacated their position.
