ELEC § 21554 Effective Jan 1, 2026Div. 21 · Ch. 6.6

As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)“Board” means the Board of Supervisors of the County of Merced.

(b)“Commission” means the Citizens Redistricting Commission in the County of Merced established pursuant to Section 21556.
