View on leginfo.ca.gov“Person” includes any individual, firm, corporation, association, copartnership, trust, business trust, or receiver or trustee or conservator for any individual or any such entity. It does not, however, include the state or any public corporation, political subdivision, city, county, district, or any agency of any such entity or of the state.
