View on leginfo.ca.govThe board shall prescribe the duties and powers of the trustee with respect to the issuance, authentication, sale and delivery of the bonds and the payment of principal and interest thereof, the redemption of the bonds, the registration and discharge from registration of the bonds, and the management of any sinking fund or other funds provided as security for the bonds.
