View on leginfo.ca.govThe board of trustees shall adopt rules and regulations governing fees, applications, auditions, and admission procedures for the California State Summer School for the Arts, and any other procedure or operation necessary to implement the requirements of this chapter. The rules and regulations shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following:
(a)The requirement that pupils admitted to the California State Summer School for the Arts be broadly representative of the socioeconomic and ethnic diversity of the state.
(b)In order to be eligible for admission to the summer school, a pupil shall meet one of the following criteria:
