View on leginfo.ca.govThe governing board of a community college district may employ such temporary employees of the district as it deems necessary and shall adopt and make public a salary schedule setting the daily or pay period rate or rates for temporary employees. This section shall not be construed as modifying or repealing any law fixing a minimum annual salary for employees of district.
