View on leginfo.ca.govThe state student loan guarantee program assets and liabilities shall be transferred to the transferee guarantee agency upon the completion of any sale pursuant to this article, and may be transferred to the transferee guaranty program operator if contemplated by the transaction entered into pursuant to Section 69521.4.
